Generally , all universities worldwide, are expecting  , foreign students who are coming to them to finish off the English exam. Based on the exam results , the admission is done. This exam is testing a student’s language fluency in 4 stages. Reading, writing, Listening and speaking are those.

In Reading and writing section, several Indian students are not getting good marks. So Grammar and comprehension skills are to be improved. These exams are not for testing the difficult vocabulary knowledge. Alternatively , it is for testing the error free English knowledge .

Some universities are joining the students based on the marks secured in the subjects . Some other educational institutions are asking for SAT like exam marks. It is better to write SAT exam when studying in 11^th standard. Only then, there will be choices and time limit for fulfilling all kinds of application requirements.

7.Some Agencies are collecting charges. But some are not doing that. Why this difference?

An agency, if it is the university’s official organization, generally there are no charges collected. One which is commercial are collecting charges. Very transparent agencies are making very clear why they are not charging.
